Kung-fu / Qigong (ages 12 and up)


Do you want to enjoy yourself and have loads of fun while the pounds drop off? If the answer is YES, then our Aerobic Kick-boxing program is for YOU. It may be time to jump into the hottest workout around Aerobic Kick-boxing. Join us as we kick, punch and move our way to motivating music three times per week. No martial arts, boxing or kick-boxing experience necessary!
